Hey. I previously had some malware problems but kahdah had helped me with the problem. But through the process i uninstalled Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional.

When i tried reinstalling, an error occured : "An error occured while attempting to create the directory C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Adobe PDF". When i tried accessing the folder manually the error: "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents is not accessible. Access is denied." pops up.

Please Help. thanks

Hello kenchew,

Here's a KB article directly from Adobe's website:
Error "1317: An error occurred while attempting to create the directory..." when you use or install (Acrobat 6.0-7.0, Acrobat 3D on Windows XP, 2000)

Regards,

Ax
