Magical Invisible E-Drive?

So, I have an IBM Netvista running on Windows 2000 that is apparently possesed. You see, whenever I try loading a program on it, at least at this point, it keeps trying to pull the information off the E-Drive that it doesn't have. Seriouslym I'm amazed this piece of crap can even concieve an E-Drive, it's older than me. But I need to know how to make it pull from the D-Drive. Any suggestions?!
It's for work, so the faster and easier, the better...
