Ok..how about changing the desktop backgound to a solid color. That's in Display properties under the Desktop tab. Scroll to the top of the image list and select "None"...Apply the change.

Any difference?

Go to Display Properties and click on the Desktop tab...then the "Customize Desktop" button. Click on the "Web" tab. What's listed in the "Web Pages" field? Is anything checked under this tab?

There is nothing there to check.
Under that box was the lock desktop items. I unchecked that but still no change.
I searched a few other forums and only found how to work the internet toolbars.
Any other suggestions?
