Welcome to the forum, USprodigy!
We need the main board (motherboard) model number in order to get the proper sound driver for it. The main board serial number, or at least the digits starting with '66' appears to resemble a Foxconn model number but I can't find an exact match on their US website here: http://www.foxconnch.../downloads.aspx

It's possible the actual model number of your board differs slightly from the second half of the serial number, in which case you need to download and run the free 'Belarc Advisor' and post it's system information report to us, or once you have the model number of the main board from the Belarc report you may want to try finding the driver yourself on the Foxconn website whose link appears above. If you prefer to post the report to us though, that's fine.
