Hey, anyone who could help me out with this, it would be VERY much appreciated.
Okay, so I downloaded BCWipe but Im not sure how to "wipe" the file's that I have already deleted from my Recycling bin
The download went fine, and I do know how to delete the sorta folders like "My Documents" but I need to know how to permentally delete the file's that I have already deleted out of my recycling bin. Because I cannot find them. Please help me out! :)

well, since you have already deleted them, the only option you can perform is "wipe free space".

- Wipe free disk space. Using this command available in the context menus of the 'My computer' window, you can completely remove all traces of previously deleted files.

Going foward, you will be a able to do - Delete with wiping. Using this command available in the context menus of the 'My computer' window, you can delete and wipe a file or a folder, or a group of files and folders.
