DVD App question for Vista

What is a freeware for a DVD/CD burner for vista? I checked some of the ones on the pinned topics, but its for XP. Also, I have 2 drives, I would like to be able to copy from one drive to another, without making an image first.

Also, for anyone who uses Clone DVD, how much would you say I could compress the video until I start seeing the quality to degrade (the percentage bar, 100% being no compression).
