Please excuse if this is a dumb question -- but I am looking to buy an external ide 3.5" hd enclosure to transfer files from an old computer with IDE drive to a new computer with SATA controller -- the external enclosure says works with 133 HD, will is work with any HD? I don't think mine is a 133.

ATA 133 is the top speed for IDE drives. Normally devices will support any ATA speed up to 133, so there shouldn't be any problems, I believe.
