It does this when i go to yahoo.com it shows up as 89.com(a malware site, ive never been too)

Hello,

You can try deleting your Internet cache:
  • In IE, go to Tools | Internet Options
  • Select the General tab
  • In the Browsing History section, click Delete
  • In the new window, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete files...
  • Click Yes at the prompt
  • Click Close and then OK
  • Restart Internet Explorer
I'm not sure what your issue with 89.com is, as I don't see it. Could you give some more information?
