Hi Guys,

I came here years ago and you guys are the only ones that helped me, so I'm back (created a new username and password, lost the other one).

I'm actually here to help a mate.

He has Outlook 2003 as his default mail, however when sending any emails off each person receives 9 emails instead of just 1. Is there anything you guys can think of that we can look at as we have absolutely no idea.

Thanks in advanced. :)

Hello Brett and welcome to geeks to go!

What type of email account does he have?

You may want to make sure the antivirus is not set to scan outgoing messages, at least to test it.

You can take a look at the following article on suggestions to prevent duplicate emails:
Preventing Sending Duplicate Emails | Terry's Computer Tips

Regards,

Ax
