Desktop wont change. plus other problem

My computer has been totally messed up for the past few days. My desktop wont change from this stupid "Warning You have Malicious..." i did Hi Jack This. I think that im supposed to just post my Log and wait for help. i also followed the instructions on Geeks to Go, but it didn't fix anything. Also i cant attach file..... so im goin to post it here.... sorry if this causes inconvenience.

Followed directions as asked. here the new one. a few of the things i was supposed to check werent there, but i checked the ones that were. I now have SpyHunter Popping up at start and also Windows Defender just doesnt seem like its supposed to be there. Awating your reply.

Let's uninstall Windows Defender for now. Do that first. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall it.

Then uninstall SpyHunter if it's there. If it's not in the add/remove programs panel, do this:

Run hijack this and put a check mark next to this:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SpyHunter] C:\Program Files\Enigma Software Group\SpyHunter\SpyHunter.exe

Reboot.

Do you have a paid version of Norton? I see that you have several files missing. LMK.

Give me a new hijack this log and any other concerns you may ahve. :)
