Microsoft Digital Image Suite Anniversary Edition.

Well bearing in mind the Visual Studio is a free download from Microsoft as was the SQL server software, BizTalk has very limited appeal and Digital Image Suite has been discontinued by Microsoft, I think the answer is "not very much at all". :)
