missing stream.sys

Trying to install a Hauppauge 350.
Keep getting a 'stream.sys' not found.
It's not in /windows/system nor on the install cd.
Hours of searching on google proved useless.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

I think you need to reinstall your audiodrivers

I found a 'stream.sys' file and copied it to 'windows/system.'
