I'm trying to figure if Outlook 2007 or Norton is refusing to send my .JPG file. I have a MSN account, and Outlook Connector is configured in Outlook 2007.

I can send text messages, but when I attach a photo and press "send", the message sits in the Outbox. I see a message "Sending message 1 of 1" in the lower right border of the Outlook window. Then it says "Send/Receive complete" but the message hasn't gone out.

It acts like something terminates if the "send" takes too long.

I have an ATT Air Card and a pretty good connection so it shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hello George,

I don't know if it will help, but here's a quote from Leo Notenboom:

Because images can increase the size of your emails, many email programs allow you to select whether or not images should be sent with your email at all! In Outlook Express, as you compose a message, you'll find an option labeled Send Pictures with Message on the Format menu. Make sure that's selected to include any pictures with your outgoing messages. Other email programs may have similar or related options.

Why don't pictures show up in the emails I send or receive? - Ask Leo!
