i'm trying to copy music files from my Pc to a sandisk. my computer has a built in SD slot yet when i insert the sandisk the computer does nothing. it does not show it under "my computer" as removable storage. i've checked the BIOS and it's enabled.

This is usually a problem with the card. I had a 'Memory Stick' that looked exactly like a real Sony, and worked in the camera, but would not appear on my computer through normal means. When I took extra pains to read it, even after it was 'found' it would not 'read' without extreme corruption.

Sadly there are very many bogus cards out there. I resorted to buying direct from Sony at full retail. Hey! If it won't work it's no bargain!
