I ERASED MY DESKTOP FROM MY TEMPORARY INTENET NOW MY DESKTOP
OR MY TASKBAR WON'T LOAD CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!!

Try turning off Active Desktop. To do this, right click anywhere on your desktop (other than an icon). Hover over the "Active Desktop" option and then UNCHECK "View as Web Page." This will turn off the active desktop feature.
