My Vista Ultimate PC has been restarting itself quite a bit over the past week...My 3.2 Pent 4 is almost always at 100% and my 1Gb of ram is usually around 60%. I havent added anything new hardware or software related recently...Needs some time on how to keep my processor from running at 100% utilization...Please any ideas...

That kind of behavior is usually hardware-related. It could be caused by
overheating, a bad processor, bad motherboard, bad RAM. There really is
no way to tell from your post which it might be. If this is a new
computer, contact the computer mftr.'s tech support for
repair/replacement under your warranty
