My Vista Ultimate PC has been restarting itself quite a bit over the past week...My 3.2 Pent 4 is almost always at 100% and my 1Gb of ram is usually around 60%. I haven't added anything new hardware or software related recently...Needs some time on how to keep my processor from running at 100% utilization...Please any ideas...

-Eliminate all un-nessecary processes and applications which occur at start up
-In task manager look up the most power hungary processes and see if you need them if not then terminate them little B*******
