ok so my computer needs this fixed \windows\system32\config\system
it says to go to the first repair on my disc .... well i do but what do i type to fix that folder and get it offf the cd? in the first repair mode i know how to log in it and all...but not the command

Microsoft KB Article 307545 will have your answer. It's a little complicated to copy and paste over. Make sure you print it out before you start!

isnt there just a command like "cd" enter copy bla bla....? and that program they talk about does it need to be installed on the bad computer??(NOT Possible) or on another working computer?
