Virus/Worm found by Avast in HP folder

My Avast went off giving me warnings about C:\hp\bin\Killit.exe, I am wondering if that is a legit file or if it is something that needs to be deleted or how it even ended up on my computer.


-Update, I didn't want to accidentally bump this so I just edited my post, but I was able to find out what I needed to know.
