Windows can not see CD/RW drive.

CD-RW Drive won't function. Windows can not see it and button on drive will not open drive.
Any ideas?

Has this happened all of a sudden for no apparent reason or have you changed anything or have you just installed the drive?

It just started happening. I resolved it by resetting the BIOS.
