See this post I made in Feedback, before realizing that a cache-bypassing hard refresh solves the problem. This happens on GTG, Gmail (I get the "This seems to be taking longer than usual" screen immediately after I try to log in, not a minute after, which is the default), and some other forums. Also, I've noticed that upon ATF-ing, forum displays completely screw up - there's absolutely no blue background, no images except for the "New Topic" button when I'm on a forum page, and there is absolutely no table.

I'm just curious (and frustrated, since I tend to hit Ctrl-F4 when hard-refreshing): What causes this problem?
