New here; I was directed by the lovely Google search.
Recently I noticed that I've been getting a ton of popups, all with "Outerinfo" at the top bar. When I went into my programs menu, there's an Outerinfo and Internet Speed Monitor folder. The Outerinfo had an uninstall button, so I tried that. Not sure if it's gone, though. Internet Speed Monitor had one also, and I tried that. Not sure if they're gone, but perhaps someone could let me know what to do next?
