Nail.exe just keeps coming bacK!

Ive already ran adaware spybot and even a program called counterspy 100 times to no avail I also I have Mcafee installed and everything is up to date I even go in and totally delete the nail.exe file in the windows NT dir and I even delete the entry in hijack this that says F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINNT\Nail.exe and it just seems to keep coming back. so out of everything in my log the only problems I see is :

YESSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!! FINALLY FOUND AND ANSWER TO THIS PROBLEM!!!! ok honestly I have no idea what it does. but I downloaded and ran this :

ANd all I know is it did the trick and my log is clean now! So if anyone else has this problem I would recommend using this tool to remove the stupid nail.exe that is unless someone else has a better idea????

Please do not post tools that have not been tested and confirmed by the staff, I removed the Nail.exe remover posted until we confirm it's trustworthiness

Why did you guys remove that utility. I used it on several computers and fixed the problem. Please re link it so i can grab it again. Thx

I had one of my posters use the so called fix, it still left a bundle of crap for me to clean up!!!
