Sometimes my screen gets distortion (like in the attached file)

Updating the video driver for the graphics card may fix it. depending on what actual graphics card you have, an update from the Microsoft driver library may be available (from 'Device Manager', select the device, right-click and choose 'Properties'->Click the 'Driver' tab and click 'Update Driver'. If you get 'No update available' that just means Microsoft has no newer for it, but the manufacturer of your graphics card may have an update. You need to visit the support page of their website.

i've updated the driver but still i'm having the same problem
