greeting geeks:
here is my problem. I have ME. Actually it is my nephews and he starts the computer. After the ME display he gets free cell on first then the cd writer start going like it loading something when there is nothing. if we click those off the computer loads the OS but we then get Activate ( the white warning screen) and we push Activate and our normal screen shows up, but the message Error Loading Windows\System\KRUFFPCQ.dll comes up and after that we get the Error Rundll32 in kernal 32 almost every 3 or for minutes. they come 2 or 3 together. Annoying! It almost seems like something is trying to run sometimes. Can you help. Mainly the Run32dll thing. Funny thing is now that I am on line with you guys it has not come up once. Strange, usually it is on here alot.

Thank you so much for answering my distress call. I have seemed to have fixed it. I went into the bios and notice that it was loading up with the doc load up screen and was going directly to the ME setup. I dont if this makes sense but it stoped the Rendll32 error from putting up. I have got a new problem with my friends laptop in locating the jumnper. i have posted that under hardware. If you anything about that please read it. Thank you again. this is really a great website. You guys are god sent.
