Hmmmm...strange.

Try uninstalling the drivers, restarting, disabling the card in the BIOS, booting windows, restarting, enabling the card again and installing the drivers.

Also try installing the latest motherboard chipset drivers.

I currently don't have access to the PC, so I'll try all that in the morning and post the results. Thank you for the help you've given me so far.
