I am working on a computer for a client that keeps coming up with the virus called:

backdoor.generic5.aiv

I've searched the internet and I can't find any information on this anywhere. I've scanned this thing with AVG, SysClean, Malwarebytes, and Spybot, and I can't get rid of it. I keep getting a 'threat detected' window in AVG, and tried both deleting and sending it to quarantine, and nothing works. So, I just ignore it. The box will come back again, and I do the same thing. :)

Has anyone heard of this thing? Any suggestions on how to get rid of it?

Thanks.
