I have a brand new pc with vista home prem. installed. I wanted to up grade to the ultimate and purchased the product. After one hour and forty five minutes it said it had to roll back to the home prem. version because it failed to find a component. What is up with this. If home prem. can use it and work what is up with the ultimate ver.? Thanks Bruce
