OK HERE IS THE PROBLEM, I AM TRYING TO USE THE RECOVERY CD ON MY LAPTOP BUT IS NOT WORKING.
I PUT IT IN AND NOTHING HAPPENS
I RESTART AND NOTHING HAPPENS
IS THERE SOMETHING IAM SUPPOSED TO DO OR FIX SO THAT THE CD WILL WORK????

Go to the boot menu this can be accessed by clicking something like F2 or F12, it should say when loading just change it too CD-Drive and please turn caps lock off.

Oh my goodness, you are a life savor. I have been trying to figure out this for the past 2 months. Im glad that I signed up for this. thank you so much.
ps sorry for the caps I didnt realize I had it on I just thought thats how the font came out.
