Backdoor.Eggdrop.v on VISTA Business

Have run the AVG and it finds the backdoor.eggdrop.v and says it takes care of it but when running it again, it is still there. I can't run the Panda Online because it says it is not Vista compatible. I ran all the things I could and nothing is getting rid of it. Any suggestions?
