ip config showing wrong ip address - 10.1.1.3

hi.

well for the last 7 months i havnt been able to host servers of my own in games even though i port forwarded... so now i just realized that ip config is showing the wrong ip address http://img255.images...paddresscv9.png
instead of it showing my real ip address which is 58.106.254.118 it shows 10.1.1.3

am i meant to port froward to 10.1.1.3 instead of my physical ip address?

som1 plz help me out here.

10.1.1.3 is your internal address. The other number is your address on the Internet. Therefore you should be port-forwarding to the internal address, otherwise your port-forwarding rules have no effect.
