I'm unsure about CTFMON.EXE, never seen it before, never heard of it before. Should I delete it, or no?

**

I'll try and see if I can remove some other stuff too, and I'm also getting rid of SpySweeper/Webroot AntiVirus.

Okaay, now I'm pissed :) Now my computer won't even turn on. By the way, a while a go the power switch to my computer broke so now i turn my computer on directly from the main switch cause one of the clips came off. And now when i turn it on the monitor stays black.

My tower is from IBM, and my monitor is from Envision if that helps? :)

By the way, this is windows XP doing this not 2000. The scary thing is, is when my computer starts up bad and goes to the blue disk check screen and the text keeps reappearing, well it lags. IT appears as if someone were typing it at the moment , and I can't even get through it. But of course now the monitor won't even go on.

Hi again, umm, now the green light(there's two lights on the tower, green and red, im not sure what red means, but the green light should always be on) and when I turn on my computer it doesn't display the green light, which is typical cause it's been happening for a while now. But this time it's a different story. Usually I turn the switch on the back of the tower off right> then turn it back on and it works. But this time after doing it like 100 times it wouldn't work. Uhhh, WHY!!!!!!!!!!?????? :)

Edit: Do you think it could be the CPU?

I will be getting some outside help. You guys are still awesome, computer still isn't working, but hopefully i can get this thing fixed before I move. I found out it's not the video card because a friend of mine had an extra so I used that and it didn't work, so he's coming over to look at it. He thinks my mother board may be fried!0_0
