Anytime I try to watch a movie for over 1minute my computer completely shuts off. :) What can I do to upgrade so I can watch videos NOT online. Youtube works fine but any movie from Windows Media Center or iTunes does not want to play all the way through. :) Any ideas. I am not computer savvy so you may have to really explain what the heck I need to do. Thanks so much! :)

This sounds more like a Vista/Media Center issue than a hardware problem. You might try reposting your question in that forum and you'll probably get a quicker response.

Also have you tried gaming to see if the same thing happens? Or any other heavy operation. This might be because your computer is overheating. When a computer overheats two things can happen, 1)it restarts, 2) it shuts off if its gotten too hot.
