hi, i need some help... i had been using my laptop for almost a year... but this problem comes up and irritates me... im too lazy to go to the tech repair centre...

Sometimes, whenever i open any program, i had this error

dwwin.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x7c883f9c" referenced memory at "0x7c883f9c". The memory could not be "written"

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on Cancel to debug the program

anyone can help me? thanks in advance....

On the first screen click on Open the Misc Tools Section...On the next screen, click on the Generate StartupList log button and post a copy of the log here. You need not check either of the boxes next to this button.

It doesn't mean they are related to the error, I was just asking so that I could determine whether or not they were required to run at startup. I'm going to take a different direction on this than I originally intended. Let's first see that your system is completely free of malware.

I suggest you go to the Malware Forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post a HiJackThis Log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).

When you post your HJT log, there will be a helper who assists you in your thread. Once completed, the helper will declare your log clean. We're going to do it this way just to make sure that there is no bad piece of software causing windows to kick off the errors.

exactly same as me..., its appear after a few minutes, when launching some programs and then, this error appears..preventing any program to be execute.. (even when i was trying to make the Hijack Log, but i didnt press the "OK" button to prevent the HijackThis closed automatically)

tried so far was scan all possible spyware(s) with various software, but it didnt work..

please help me...it is really disturbing my work since a week ago (until i find this forum.. )
