I transferred the photos from my cell phone to my PC using BITPIM. They went into a Wallpaper Folder/File with NO extensions. The only way I have found to change them is to open each file individually with Windows Picture & Fax Viewer then click "Save" & use the file extension JPG. VERY TIME CONSUMMING!

Can anyone help me to do this quicker, and easier?

THANKS!

open "my computer" and click on tools, then folder options, then view, then uncheck the box that says "hide extensions for known files"...then press apply and ok....once you're done...go back and recheck that box

Thanks for replying. Unfortunately, that box wasn't checked on my computer. Any more suggestions?
