what would be the absolute best AGP video card to play games such as CoD4/bioshock/crysis on medium settings at playable fps?

The best AGP card currently is the Radeon X1950 XT.

However,

[T]here are rumors of a new AGP king on the horizon - it looks like there's an AGP version of the Radeon 38x0 series in the works!

I guess that one is rare just like the 7800GS for PCI-E. I can't seem to find it anywhere.
