I am using a Thai Dictionary Program. Never had any problems with it; until today, i now get the error message "The instruction at "0x73dd11c7" referenced memory at "0x00000004"." The memory could not be "read." Click ok to terminate program.

Can you tell me what is wrong or how to correct?

I uninstalled the program, reinstalled it, and still get the same error.
Thanks
Paul

May I ask what OS are you using and what service pack is it on? If you're running either an outdated version of Windows 2000 (latest is SP4) or Windows XP (latest is SP2), download the new services packs HERE.

Ok then. I'd recommend you to run Windows Update.

If it doesn't work, tell me.
