IE 7 crashes on runonce start up for settings

I have been running IE 7 on three of my computers here at home. I recently updated another one. When I went to use it it crashed! If you have used IE 7 you already know that the first time you use it you have to set your security settings for the browser. When I set the default search engine and the phishing filter it crashes. Anybody have this issue? I have uninstalled and reinstalled also. Any ideas?

Also, do you have any Error entries in Event Viewer for Internet Explorer? If so, please post the details, which will usually tell you which dll is faulting.
