Infection by Hotoffers Hijack(RESOLVED)

Hello, My computer is infected by the infamous hotoffers hijack. I have run HijackThis and this is my log. Could you please help me? Thanks very much in advance!

I solved the problem myself, with help from this form's posts:

Delete the PARAM32.DLL using Killbox
Run HIJACK THIS in combination with the hijackthis.de/index analysis tool.
Erase the appropriate entries and
DONE!!!
