please I need help.....came home from work last night and this new toolbar is installed on my puter. Now in the past I have had no trouble getting rid of it they provide a seperate uninstaller , which for some reason I can not get installed on my puter. My AVG virus control will not alow it, says that it is a trojan. So I turned off my AVG and then I get a message that says cannot copy new_uninstall[1]: access is denied the sourse file may be in use. I do not understand. The funny thing is that there is nothing new installed in my puter , not even a close date. I know that it is a site that my daughter goes to, and really it has never been a problem getting rid of it before........PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!
