I get the following error when I try to hit the next page button:

Prefetching or precaching is not allowed

I can only view the first page or the last page (for some reason that icon still works) when trying to view Today's posts.

I have a Smoothwall Express 2.0 firewall with content filter and ClamAV. Is this what's causing the problem?

This only happens to me sometimes when I am using Firefox. It is random, most of the time it's fine. So yeah, what is it? When it happens, it annoys me like crazy!

No, but it does only happen in Firefox, not IE7. The only extension I have for Firefox (which I added recently) is this.

Not using fasterfox... adblock, quickproxy, forecastfox enhanced, gmail manager... nothing that should be caching.

Do you use Google Web Accelerator? We block its servers here at the IP level because of security issues with its use.

The reason we keep asking about your software is that prefetching or precaching is done at your computer, not by any web server.

Well, I'm running XP Pro (SP2) with Firefox 2.0.0.11 and the following add-ons:

adblock filterset
adblock plus
BBcode
British English dictionary
Cleo 3.1
colorful tabs
Deepest Sender
Downloads in tab
duplicate tab
FEBE
Fission
Forecastfox enhanced
Foxmarks
foxytunes
Gmail manager
googlebar lite
morning coffee
no go buttons
Password maker
quick proxy (proxy off)
quick restart
searchbar autosizer
undo closed tabs
url link

I am operating on a DSL line via a Smoothwall express 2.0 firewall.

Apparently, the Geeks to Go! interface doesn't like me to go from page 1 to page 2... if I jump straight to 3 (if it exists) then I'm okay.

Yes, that's exactly as I remember the problem, but it hasn't happened to me in a few days.

It has happened to me since my last post also :)

I'm not too fussed if the problem is on my end or your end, as long as we can find it and fix it! There's probably some simple preference adjustment to be made within Firefox... :)
