Hello, does anyone know where this file is located in windows XP?
also, is there a simple way to create a default profile that can be put on a network?

It's located in the %WINDIR% which is C:\WINDOWS\system32 or C:\WINDOWS for XP.

As for the default profile, I think it is only able to be set on individual computers.
