Context Menus -- removing

I have a lot of unnecessary and unwanted context menus, and this slows down the right click on the mouse. I remember vaguely some good program that would allow me to see all the context menus running, and to disable any that I wanted -- does anyone remember the name or location of the freeware?

Actually the one by Nirsoft "ShellExView" is the one I had before and could not remember!
