can't open folders

well here i am again....

ive got another problem my pc wont let me open folders.

if i try to open one my pc starts to think and then it just crashes. if that happens i press ctrl+alt+delete and then i end the task of a file named drwtsn.exe. everything is fine until i want to open a folder and the same problem starts to show up.
also if i end the task of the file: ieoj32.exe my whole desctop is gone.

help me pls :tazz:
