I just loaded Avast onto my desktop and it said I have win32: kuang2. So it asked me what I wanted to do and I entered "delete all", but it said that it was in windows operating system so did I really want to do it? I said no because I didn't want to goof up my operating system! How do I safely remove this virus?

Thank you!
