Sounds like a malware program to me. Read and follow instructions here to find out for sure : Read This Before Posting a Hijack This Log
If you have a problem with malware related to nulware.exe, then repost in Malware removal Section of this forum. You'll not get a quick answer as this forum is extremely busy, but be patience and someone will get to you.
