what is the best PCI graphics card you can possibly buy NOT PCI-E!
i don't care price, brand or anythin else..

Well I guess one of the PhysX cards from AGEIA but that is like a CPU/GPU card and is not really a video card. But yeah I have no idea. I'm guessing that all of them perform about the same because they are all bottlenecked by the plain PCI port.
