Well, according to the link that you gave me, if you were to fill out the products search section on the left of the screen under "Model" you would put in 755-A2. Under product category you would put "Motherboard" in the first field and then "Socket 754" in the next. Under version, there's only one option, "V1.0". But, I've been to that site. About all you can do there is download their not so comprehensive MB manual which I have.

I've already tried to use their customer support online, but I just keep getting an "error 6" which is some java script error. Someone told me that they had an email support, but I can't seem to find it.

If I can't find out what the Bios protection jumper does. And, how to reset the cmos jumper according to Elite Groups specific way of doing that, then, I might just have to order a new MB.
