Hi there....

Would really TRULY appreciate help to remove the various Malware on my pc... Turning off the computer comes up with the MediaAcck.DLL screen... Internet slow... Another thing called 'kimochi.exe' seems to turn up on my process list when I first dialup to the internet, then won't go away....

Also, we have just upgraded to an ADSL connection, and I couldn't install the router on my machine... the furthest i managed to get was a request timed out message when trying to ping the router... It seemed so close!.... I'm wondering whether this MediaAcck thing is perhaps stuffings things up?!
