I have had a problem with internet explorer 6 for around a week now & after trying everything i know i have come to a complete dead end. I hope you can help.
When browsing the internet with the aforementioned program i randomly recieve the message
"Internet Explorer has encountered a problem" & i have no option but to close the window.
The information given is as follows:

I have tried various things to solve this problem.
Ran all the scans provided in your "Read this first" in the Malware forum
